A Subcommittee of the US House Judiciary Committee examined the market dominance of Amazon, Apple, Facebook, and Google, and their business practices with a view to determining their economic and political effects. The Subcommittee also reviewed existing antitrust laws, competition policies, and enforcement to assess their adequacy to address market power and anticompetitive conduct in digital markets.
